No More Kids with Cancer

Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death to illness in children in the United States.  Advances in cancer research have brought about dramatic improvements in survival rates, yet more than 100,000 years of life are lost to childhood cancer each year.  Childhood cancer research needs everyone's support.

A Click of a Mouse Can Save His Life.

My daughter has a pretty face , your kids have too but there are some children with faces disfigured by Allah not because Allah is cruel but because Allah wants to test us how much we care for kids like these by donating some amount of money for helping them......

There are millions of children with unrepaired cleft lips and palates who have little to no prospect of ever being helped. Their parents are so poor, they could never afford surgery. So they wait and they hope and they pray that someday, someone will come along and help them.
You could be that someone.
It costs as little as $250 to give a desperate child not just a new smile, but a new life.
 Donate here please ...

Peace

A devotee asked Buddha,
"I Want Peace"

Buddha smiled & said

Remove " I " ..... that's Ego;
Remove " WANT " .... that's Desire;
then ..... its all PEACE

Go Easy on Yourself, a New Wave of Research Urges

Do you treat yourself as well as you treat your friends and family?
That simple question is the basis for a burgeoning new area of psychological research called self-compassion — how kindly people view themselves. People who find it easy to be supportive and understanding to others, it turns out, often score surprisingly low on self-compassion tests, berating themselves for perceived failures like being overweight or not exercising.
The research suggests that giving ourselves a break and accepting our imperfections may be the first step.........

Cancer | There is hope !

God gave me cancer then God gave me hope . Cancer can not be bigger than God`s hope so I want to embrace this hope the same way as I have accepted God`s given cancer and I want to spread this hope to all those who are seeking it .
This hope was conveyed to me by all my family members,friends and a person living very far away from me in Italy with the name of E.Costa who cares for me like a family member equally.

I knew it is cancer!

All my life I was scared of cancer and so I made it sure not to miss "anti oxidant " pills. In May 2010, while shaving my underarm I noticed
that my right arm pit was getting unusually "fatty".

When I palpated it I felt a lump which I instantly knew was a lymph node.
I don`t know how or what made me get the feelings that it was a lymphoma,perhaps my medical knowledge or perhaps my working for five years in a surgical department had trained my fingers to feel it correctly.

So despite all false reassurances from my friends and colleagues I have been diagnosed with NHL and I am registered with Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital Lahore for treatment.

It is my life time experience and it is impossible to express everything in this small post. But I just want to say that

" NHL was a clear-cut death sentence for me if  Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital Lahore had not offered me treatment support free of cost because I simply could not afford this expensive treatment "
And so I request everybody to please donate to Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital Lahore , Pakistan because every single penny that you donate is spent on the treatment of patients like me .
